What does a current transformer do?
A current transformer (CT) is a type of transformer that is used to reduce or multiply an alternating current (AC). It produces a current in its secondary which is proportional to the current in its primary. Current transformers, along with voltage or potential transformers, are instrument transformers.
RLC range of current transformers advanced snap on body, high accuracy (up to Class 0.2S),
humanization transparent cover and lead seal holedesign makes the CT very easy to indentify after long term use ,
and perfect anti-stealing electricity.
Feature:
1:Built in hinged terminal cover
2:Built in transparent cover for name plate
3:Wide range accuracy (3, 1, 0.5, 0.5S, 0.2, 0.2S)
4:Primary current from 5A to 5000A.enables meet the worldwide requirement.
Applications:
1:Current measurement, monitoring and protection for electrical wiring and equipment.
2:Current and power measurement for electric motors, lighting, air compressor,
heating and ventilation system, air-condition equipment and automation-control system.
3:Current, power and energy monitoring device.
