DX1 Current Limited Reactor

XD1 current limiting reactor is a dry type reactor molded by pouring unsaturated polyester resin.Used for limiting the closing inrush current of the low voltage capacitor and increasing the breaking capacity of the closing switch in the complete set of low voltage reactive power devices.

1.Current-limiting Reactor (inductor) XD1-12 current-limitingreactor is a low-voltage current-limitingreactor designed for installation in PG1 and other types of low-voltage power-free automatic compensation screens with a rated frequency of 50HZ and a rated voltage of 380V to limit capacitor inrush.The reactor's impedance (current limit) to alternating current has no relation with the amount of current flowing in, no matter the current is large or small, and the inductance value of the reactor is fixed.

2.Xd1-12 current-limiting reactor is connected in series in 0.4 ~ 63(kV) power transmission and transformation system. In case of system failure, it is used to limit the short-circuit current and reduce the short-circuit current to the allowable value of subsequent equipment.Now with all kinds of current limiting reactor power system, is often fixed inductance type reactor, but the system voltage is not stable, plus equipment upgrading and expansion or reconstruction, the different value of current limiting reactor is required to adapt to the grid and frequency converter, dc speed regulator, soft starter equipment normal operation, better filtering harmonic interference, limit the short circuit current and electric current to the motor.

Iii. Use environment

1. Altitude is not more than 2000m;

2. Ambient temperature -25 ~ +45(℃), relative humidity not exceeding 90%;

3. The waveform of power supply voltage is similar to sine wave;

4. There is no harmful gas or inflammable and explosive articles around;

5. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.

Four, structure,

Xd1-12 is composed of windings and inserts and other main parts. All parts are formed by pouring grease mixture into one. It has the advantages of moisture-proof and other stable performance

The reactor used in the power grid is essentially a hollow coil with no magnetic material.It can be arranged according to the need for vertical, horizontal and product shape three assembly forms.In the short circuit of power system, there will be a large number of short circuit current.Without restrictions, it is very difficult to maintain dynamic and thermal stability of electrical equipment.
